Earlier this week, the Remesh team had the pleasure of exhibiting and presenting at Quirks Brooklyn , one of the largest events for market research and insights professionals all over the world. As always, we had a ton of fun. To reduce research costs, while preserving quality and speed, brands have increasingly turned to using different DIY research tools, such as online focus group platforms in order to bring research efforts in-house. Conducting DIY or assisted-DIY research projects — as opposed to traditional methods of outsourcing research projects to external agencies — help brands lower research costs while giving them a higher degree of involvement. In unsurprisingly one of our favorite sessions of the event, Acoustic and Landor talked about using Remesh to have internal conversations with more than Acoustic employees across 6 continents. Through the use of a DIY tool, the research team was able to have more customizability over the questions they were asking, eventually gaining valuable insights that Acoustic build a new brand and company culture. Market research has traditionally focused on understanding and segmenting customers based on their behaviors and purchase decisions.

Here are our 5 highlights from the conference:. This year, it seemed as if there were many more qualitative research providers than in previous years or at other conferences. Something else that was pretty prevalent this year was the wide variety of companies offering dashboards. And these were not your typical dashboards either. There were also several sessions around how to message and engage younger audiences. This included what brands needed to focus on to resonate with this target audience and how to market to them. The big three topics of market research were all represented in Brooklyn this year. IBM presented on Blockchain, but rather than try to sell the group on it, they gave realistic examples of how the technology is currently being used, and how it can be implemented in the future.
This is because they gave up the structure of what made them desirable in the first place. When I acquired a personal testimony of the gospel as a teen, and made my own decisions regarding my faith, I felt very alone. Now for the family part We are different people in one big way, I am very extroverted and say whatever's on my mind and he's introverted and everything is very thought out and he likes alone time. But I do still largely consider us an interfaith couple. However, I will have a talk with him about where things are going between us. So, now I'm battling interview season with the fourth year dates and beginning of residency with the labor day date. Married to a Surgeon as well. The ex gets it all lol. Eventually I hope each wards get to a point where they know that as a ward family our job is simply to make sure that each person, member or non member knows that when they enter the house of the Lord, they are loved.
